The course ‘Change Management’ provides the opportunity for learners to engrave with, and explore some of the practical challenges arising from planned and unplanned change in the contemporary work organisations. The course is designed to understand why change happens, how change happens and what needs to be done to make change a more welcoming concept.
The course content is designed under 04 lessons which helps you understand the concepts of leadership and change, change theories, tools and techniques, the change management process and change integration.
You are not required to demonstrate previous experience or knowledge on change management in organisations to succeed as the course has been developed for students with relatively little previous experience on strategic management. As future managers it is important to work on novel and hypothetical scenarios and know, how to adopt various strategic management approaches, strategies and methods to evaluate practices for high performance and effective decision making. Such frames the overall aim of this course.

Finally, the summative assessment will consolidate your learning over the 04 weeks which requires you to attempt two tasks covering the key learning outcomes of this course and submit a report worth 2,000 words.
